In addition to being a super nice guy and a true pleasure working alongside, Nick has been absolutely invaluable to the success of the entire process from adapting a concept, financial planning and to all the challenges associated with restoring an old Victorian power station. No matter what appears once you dig into the slab or tear down a wall, the Pineapple team calmly and creatively solve it.

Appointed in 2019 for pre-contract consultancy and concept development, Pineapple led appointments for the Design Team and all other contractors, consultants and suppliers on this project. The 5000 square foot venue used to trade many years prior but had been left in a poor state of repair. We assisted the owners with financial planning, concept development and design, as well as early stage feasibility, planning and licensing. After an extensive fit-out (through the 2020 pandemic with judicious construction management), and now with three different concepts on three floors, we handed over the project in early 2020, completely on-budget and vastly outperforming forecast revenues.
